NEW RELEASE: THE BAKEHOUSE

The Art Of Ghosting. I must say that being creative and continually developing tales hidden in my imagination has now become a compulsive obsession, a habit I refuse to shake off. So since my last broadcast, I have cunningly snuck away into my castle and have created another project for you, my pretties.
This one is a storybook. It's called 'The Bakehouse'.
A twist to the part in the Lord's Prayer that says 'give us this day our daily bread'
The book is near completion...The book is nearly done.
Now I shall return to the dungeon....muwahahahahahaha *slowly walks backwards into the thick mist*

The Making Of 'MAD AS HELL': Part I

Art is apparently an outward expression of the contents of the heart. If that be the case, what's inside me is not pretty. 

This was my first drawing for my 'MAD AS HELL' Project, a Clothing/Literature experiment that I am working on. For those that know me, this hasn't been an easy time for me. So I suppose the best way to let it all out without hurting someone would be through my art.

 So I, like an idiot, bought an A1 piece of paper thinking its A3...so the final drawing is HUGE. How I got to scan this perfectly is beyond me......

What do you think I'm gonna do with that box huh? The end product is going to look MEAN.

'MAD AS HELL' Sneak Peak

TOO MUCH HYPENESS IN ONE BLOG POST!!!

Okay wow! so first things first…I got myself some new trainers!

Super Duper freshness - it's like happiness in a box.

So swiftly moving on, I was in Tesco this morning to by some blank DVDs, and to my astonishment I found the most excellent thing any geeky teen could ask for. …EVER!

Wait for it….. I saw the whole collection of the original X-men series (no 'evolution' nonsense) on the shelves…..for £1.25 a DVD!

This felt dodgy, and borderline illegal, but I hesitated not. Now they reside in my home and it WILL be past down from generation to generation….because Ben 10 is just not cutting it.

Speaking of comic books…for those who have been reading the blog, you probably would have recently read about the 'hypeness project'. I will speak about this more in detail at a later date, but for those that don't know, in October I'm planning to write a brand spanking new book in only 12 days.

So for those that have been following ZOOM4YOU for ages, then you would probably would have been thinking 'wait….what happened to 'YOU ARE READING' and 'CAKE'???' …

Well unfortunately…CAKE is going to start production at the end of this year…the time when most of you guys are going to be far far away because of uni *aww*. But believe me when I saw next year is the year of the CAKE…we have a big big treat for you guys…believe me.

Also…YOU ARE READING is done. It has been finished months ago, but I have been sending it to various readers to see what their views are. So far so good peoples…the reactions are crazy. I'm looking for it to come out shortly after if not the SAME TIME as the Hypeness project.

It's crazy because today I was with Jendella (Part of the Akemi Team) in Waterstones, and saw a book that was laid out in the same way I wanted YOU ARE READING to be laid out.

It's called 'The Medium is the Massage' by Marshall McLuhan & Quentin Fiore - Go check it out!

In the mean time I have been working along side UrbanEnt to create the dramatic masterpiece:

And lastly…I was watching ' Rebel Without A Cause' today on Sky Movies. I just realised that James Dean was quite Gangsterish….He's what I would call a 'O.G - O.G -  Tripple O.G" (That’s the highest ranking in Gangsterisim). And for that, I quickly composed a tribute to him.

THE HYPENESS PROJECT (PREVIEW)

I got something hype for you guys. Something really really hype.......HYPE. You guys already know that I wrote a book earlier this year called 'You Are Reading'. Yes peoples, the book is finished, well pretty much. The dinner is soon served but...do you guys want a quick microwave meal in the meantime?
I present to you all the 'hypeness project'. Let me explain why it is hype. Imagine, I wrote a whole new book...brand new...from scratch....in just 12 days!!!
It's madness isn't it!
Oh yes!! I am truly off my rocker dear readers but I would do it all for you. This is early stages, so I have not decided a date on when to start. But when I do I would do a daily blog just for you guys to know how I am coping. Tell your mate because you would be witnessing something epic if the book actually is completed in this amount of time!
What is the subject matter...the song should give you some clues.

BLACK AS HELL

Had a little play on photoshop last night. I want to do a photoshoot just like this. Get at us if you are interested.

It’s like the concept of Limbo. This can either be a match made in heaven or the ‘fashion line from hell’. Things have not been finalised as yet so for now, we shall reside in Limbo. As you guys know, ZOOM4YOU is a creative agency….which is just a fancy way of saying ‘WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE WANT!’.

That is why we are deciding to come out with our own clothing. Whether it would be a small project or a full-blown clothing line is yet to be decided. Funny enough, this piece that you see before you was created a year ago by the Manchester – Bred fashion designer Martina Clarrissa . I should have got Marin to do this blog seeing that I don’t know how to talk about clothing other than saying …..’yeah it’s alright init’…..So I’m gonna leave things from here.

The funny thing about these pictures is that we did the entire photoshoot with the theme song of sesame street booming through the speakers in the studio.
This is what happens when you mix the UKs freshest talents with one of the wackiest creative agencies London has to offer.

WHAT IS ZOOM????

This has nothing to do with the post, I just thought it would catch your attention.

Those of you who have been following this blog for a while now have probably been in utter bewilderment as to what ZOOM4YOU actually is. When first founded, it was intended to be an art movement, operating through different forms of creativity. For example, one day you'd see us releasing a series of screen prints, while on another day we'd be working on a novel. We didn't want to be JUST a photography business, because that would be narrowing us down. And you shouldn't put a lid on creativity.


I guess the only problem with that was that an 'art movement' is not a proper name for a company. ZOOM4YOU was supposed to tap into all areas of art, but as a business, what would it be described as?


It was only last week that we found the answer. 
'What is ZoOm?'

It took me and the team literally months trying to find a fitting description of the movement. It bothered us so much...we even named our blog after this tedious question:

But now we know....and it's a huge weight off our feeble shoulders
Now this may seem extremely sad to those who do not understand our excitement...but believe me, it's a breath of fresh air.
To celebrate, we might just release a limited edition T-shirt for you guys. It (might) be a question mark, symbolising the year and a half of confusion we went through just to explain what we do.
Hmmmmm.....might as well give you guys a little sneak peek...

YOU ARE READING: THE DEBUT NOVEL BY ANDRE 'ZOOM' ANDERSON

It is FINALLY finished. It was only a small project last year summer, but has turned out to be the secret-love my life these past few months. 'YOU ARE READING' will be the first novel to come out under the name of ZOOM4YOU (Not forgetting the CAKE project that will start in the summer).
