LIVE MAGAZINE X ZOOM4YOU

Sometimes in life, I go on long journeys. And when I say long I mean LONG journeys. I'm surprised I don't see cows and goats on my way to my destination sometimes. Sometimes I take train...sometimes I have to walk it...sometimes I have to take the bus.

In this case I had to take all three...but my golly gosh it was all worth it!

My gosh - I didnt even want to make this blog post emotional but let me tell you guys something for a second. Over a year ago when ZOOM4YOU was just a name, I was trying to collaborate with so many different clothing lines and music artists.... 9 times out of 10 I got the door slammed in my face. The Benjart Crew was the only people who wanted to bring the young kid in, allowing me to be their events photographer (you might have seen my work on their NIKE RESET and OFF THE RADAR blogs).

But anyway thats not even the point.

I'm not gonna lie. When you ponder on the fact that this book took only eight days to write and a month to get into peoples hands, I feel honoured when I see the buzz it's been getting lately. After being sold out in just over a month, ULTRA has been reviewed in London's #1 youth publication 'LIVE Magazine'. It has also been shipped from out of England and into the hands of Americans and the Australians living down under...and that was without giving it an online presence

The Dungeon

What is zoom?
Where is zoom more like!

The other day I'm sure I found Wally from 'Where's Wally' waking up and down the hounslow sides. I wish I took a picture to show you guys but he was walking kinda fast. I don't even know why I told you guys that but hey. 

I write you this letter to assure you that I am not dead. I am in fact locked in a far away dungeon, occasionally pushing out copies of ULTRA (which I'm proud to say was SOLD OUT in just over a month) and planning future projects as such as 'Televsion is the Devil'. Ohhhhh boy do I have some treats for you! 

I suppose writing books is a blast, but what use is writing a whole leap of books if you leave your first love (www.whatiszoom.blogspot.com) dormant? I'll never leave you guys again...do you forgive me?

...Now I'm gonna have to leave you again.

Not for long though, for a week or so. When I come back expect this blog to be how it was back inna the day.
